If the claim is rejected we make further extensive submissions that the insurer has a duty of utmost good faith and must not be unreasonable.

What is no win no pay?

You pay us nothing unless you receive a payment from your insurer

How much will it cost?

We will negotiate a fixed fee at the beginning of the claim so there is total transparency but payable ONLY IF YOU WIN

How long will it take?

It usually takes 6 to 8 months but can take longer if the fund or insurer is unreasonable
